CARRETILLAS CARREMAR, S.L., as the party responsible for this website and in accordance with the personal data protection legislation in force — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) — has implemented all the technical and organisational

security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

For the purposes of the LOPDGDD, CARRETILLAS CARREMAR, S.L. informs you that the data you voluntarily provide to us will be incorporated into our information systems in order to carry out the commercial and administrative tasks necessary with the users of the website. The processing operations envisaged are as follows: answering queries and/or providing information requested by the User; providing the services and/or products contracted or subscribed to by the User; carrying out all activities of CARRETILLAS CARREMAR, S.L. described in this legal notice; and sending the website newsletter.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if

Through this Privacy Policy we inform you that the photographs posted on the website are the property of CARRETILLAS CARREMAR, S.L., including those of minors, for which the prior consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives has been obtained by signing the forms prepared for this purpose. However, the parents, guardians or representatives of minors, as the holders of the minors’ rights, may always, upon formal written request, refuse the use of the minor’s image; in this case, the image will be shown pixelated.
