Electric stackers for compact warehouses
The electric stacker combines the simplicity of a pallet truck with a small mast that lets you lift pallets onto racking. It takes up very little space, is easy to operate and is much cheaper than a forklift when the volume of movements is moderate.
What it is for
Small and medium-sized warehouses, stockrooms, workshops, print shops or shops with racking of only a few levels. Also for loading and unloading at dock level and for supplying workstations.
Types
Pedestrian
The operator walks behind, steering it with the tiller: ideal for short distances.
With platform
Lets the operator ride on it over longer distances.
Straddle-leg or counterbalanced
Models with support legs are more compact; counterbalanced models can handle closed pallets or loads with no gap for the legs.

- Rated capacity and residual capacity at maximum height.
- Lift height and mast (duplex or triplex).
- Pallet type and whether the legs fit underneath.
- Battery run time and charger.
Maintenance
Inspection of the battery and charger, load and drive wheels, mast chains and hydraulics, and the tiller braking system.

What is the difference between a stacker and a pallet truck?
A pallet truck only lifts the pallet a few centimetres to move it; a stacker lifts it onto racking thanks to its mast.
Stacker or forklift?
A stacker is more compact and economical for moderate volumes and medium heights; a forklift performs better in intensive use, with heavy loads and outdoors.
